Min requirements:

SYSPRO, 1-2 yrs data capturing exp., Matric

Duties Include;

1. Processing of PO, Delivery notes, GRN's, Invoices, Price list, and all purchasing documentation
2. Checking all documents (GRN's, DN's, Orders, Invoices etc)
3. Placing orders for all MRP requirements
4. Filing and record keeping
5. Working in line with Accounts dept.
6. Processing of weekly waste from factory
7. Processing of Kit Issues, daily stock availability and stock - in - transit
8. Weekly processing inter warehouse transfers
9. Monthly - preparing worksheet to compare M&M records for stock holding with stock returns
10. Weekly stock take
11. Prepare monthly consignment worksheet
12. Weekly processing of deliveries

Please note you MUST HAVE SYSPRO and South African documentation
