An Executive PA is URGENTLY needed at a company based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan area!

This candidate would be required to have the following:

Matriculated (secretarial diploma preferred)

Minimum 5 years previous experience in a senior executive PA role

Computer literate – Microsoft Office

Ability to work un-assisted under pressure

Ability to do shorthand

Previous experience with administering salaries – knowledge of PAYE, etc (VIP, Wages)

Excellent communication skills

This candidate would be required to do the following:

Dealing with day to day P.A. related matters

Travel arrangements

Arranging board/management meetings

Assembling and distributing annual budget packs

Maintaining filing system

This candidate would be required to have the following:

GR12

At least 2 years experience with data capturing especially working with figures extensively

Computer literate (Excel Advance)

Responsible for data capturing of information (figure orientated) in the inventory department

Verifying all brands after job loading
