Minimum requirements;

1. SYSPRO and relevant Product costing is essential

2. Relevant further studies in this field will be an advantage

Skill and experience in the following field;

·           Reconcile the actual production Qty with the Accounting records on a daily basis.

·           Reconcile the production output and input cost on a daily basis.

·           Prepare the production efficiency schedules on daily basis.

·           Discuss the production efficiency / inefficiency with production managers on a daily basis

·           Identifying correction action to reduce scrap rates and inefficiencies

·           Reconcile the production quantity recorded on the scale system, with the accounting system.

·           Reconcile and report on the quantity of scrap send to granulation department.

·           Assist the financial manager to report on sales margins achieved and actual production cost for the month.

·           Perform daily / monthly stock counts in the factory, raw materials and regrind departments.

·           Assist with daily stock counts in production, finish goods and cutting department

·           Reconcile the cutting off-cuts

·           Assist in the optimizing of the inventory controls and inventory management systems

·           Utilizing the accounting systems to determine production efficiencies, scrap rates and actual production cost.

·           Assist in setting up the Bill of Materials and costing of finish goods.

·           Identify changes in Bill of Materials and product costing.

• Have a detailed understanding of all the WMS modules and how they integrate into SYSPRO (good understanding of the SYSPRO business objects)
• Daily & weekly report backs to Project Manager and client on progress highlighting all issues

• Site training at all levels
• Assist Project Managers with:
• Software testing and documentation
• On-site implementation and user training
